Please select the type of program you want to enroll in and download its Application Form above. The forms are locked and you would need a passcode to unlock any one of them. You would automatically be assigned a passcode to enable you open the application form after you have paid the application fee. 

In order to pay for the application fee, you would need to sign-in or create an account here before you would be allowed to pay for the application fee. Our server system is 100% secure and accept payments through PayPal and debit/credit cards (visa/master card). An electronic receipt would be emailed to you immediately the transaction is successful. 

 

However, if you don't have any of these form of payments, you can pay ONLY the application fee (US $20.00) to any of your campus/local agents and they will provide you with an application form.

A bank account information is provided on the application form where applicants can pay the full program fee. We also have a strict refund policy that comes with the application forms.
